This is considered as a part of opening and blending process. Nomally this mahcine follows the opening section immediately after the bale opening section. It opens up the fibers to make sure that bunch, crimed and compacted fibers are preliminarily opened and straightened to ease the next working process.
The openers include a big aluminum drum opener roller with stainless steel pins and the feeding rollers structured with carding wires.
As for the pre-opener, it also includes a long horizontal PVC conveyor , called transversal conveyor to collect the fibers dropped by bale opener and feed into pre-opener. The fibers in the opener after opening are directed to the mixing machine with the helop of blower fan.
