The machine is one of the parts of the Opening and Blending system for the complete Nonwoven Process. The waste felt would be transferred into the machine automatically by conveyor, and opened with 6 set of opening drums, the well opened fiber would be sucked by fan to next process. The recycling system can either be for hard molded felts, side trims, the edge cut fabric in any nonwoven line, textile wastes.
The recycling system generally includes a closed body structure to facilitate the clean working environment. The equipment consists of feeding curtain, feeding roller, opening drum, dust cage, circulating bottom curtain, suction part, dust removing fan, metal removing device in transfer pipe and transmission mechanism.
